The Greenbrier Valley Chorale welcomes patrons with a disability wishing to attend a Chorale concert.
Carnegie Hall is ADA compliant including handicap parking, wheelchair accessible entry ramps, seating and bathrooms.

Requests for special accommodations must be made two weeks in advance of a concert.

Mobility Disabilities: Accessible entrances, parking and rest rooms
Carnegie Hall has two accessible entrances via long ramps. One is located on church Street.
The other is at the North front entrance to the right of the auditorium. Exterior signage is in place.
Accessible parking is available at the Church Street entrance and to the right side of the front entrance.
An ADA compliant rest room and drinking fountain are located on the ground level accessible by elevator.
Visual Disabilities:
Large print programs can be provided with two weeks advance request.
Hearing Disabilities:
Listening enhancement headsets and American Sign Language interpreters can be provided with two weeks advance request.
The text or translations of choral pieces are printed in the Concert Program.
Speech Disabilities:
Ushers are available to facilitate communication with a speech impaired patron.
Learning and Developmental Disabilities:
Ushers are available to assist, orient and explain the concert experience to patrons that may not be accustomed to this type of program.

Carnegie Hall auditorium has six wheelchair accessible seating spaces colored in blue on the seating chart below:
Row E, seat 20 and Row F, seat 22, plus four spaces behind Row J on the left side.
